Voice Architects Merges with VEXIS Systems

Tulsa, Oklahoma and Portland, Oregon, April 2, 2009 - VEXIS Systems, a leading integrator of voice solutions for call centers and enterprises, and Voice Architects, the leading independent supplier of speech technology services, today announced that they had joined the two firms in a merger acquisition led by VEXIS. The combined organization will offer platform-independent speech services as well as complete line of enterprise and contact center voice products, solutions and services. Voice Architects will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of VEXIS that will be known as VEXIS Voice Architects. Keith Rolle, Managing Member of Voice Architects, has been appointed VEXIS Chief Designer, and will lead the speech efforts for both divisions.

He will continue to offer his knowledge and expertise to industry media. Known for outstanding voice user interfaces and a 'no nonsense' approach, under Keith's leadership, Voice Architects team has designed and delivered speech solutions in multiple languages to companies in almost every industry around the world.

VEXIS customers will gain access to Voice Architects expertise as well as their library of speech applications and dialog libraries.
