VEXIS RIVR (Rapid IVR)
RIVR utilizes our VXML application framework toolkit, which allows for rapid development of IVR applications at a greatly reduced cost of traditional development. The framework provides standard connectivity to back office data sources using ENVOY® middleware and includes standard reporting for system and application level reporting through ERA. RIVR supports both Speech Recognition and touchtone solutions. RIVR offers application templates for Banking, Utility (Gas, Electric, & Water), Healthcare and Insurance. RIVR has also been integrated with multiple CTI platforms to provide cradle to grave reporting along with CTI Screen pop.
